What login details are required to access Sun NXT?

All Indian Subscribers can login to Sun NXT using either their registered mobile number, or registered Email Id, or any other third party service providers that we enable from time to time. All International Subscribers can login to Sun NXT using their registered email ID.

Can I create multiple accounts using the same electronic device?

Yes. You can, but only one account can be accessed at a time in a device.

How many profiles can I create?

You can create up to 4 (four) profiles per account based on your requirements. Each profile has the option to be made Kid Friendly by adjusting the settings while creating the profile. Profiles created for Kids will only feature content that are suitable for children under 12 years irrespective of your membership plan. Regular profiles will give you full access depending on your subscription

How do I switch between profiles?

There is an option to switch between the profiles you have created in the profile section of the platform. Click on the icon at the top/bottom right corner of the screen and select the desired profile you would like to switch to. New profiles can be added by clicking on the Plus button on the Switch Profile page.

How can I keep my account details secure?

Keeping the account details secure is your responsibility. Account details must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party. Your account contains personal information including but not limited to details of your billing, your payment history and your viewing history. Please make sure you change your password frequently to avoid unauthorized access.

Premium subscribers can access content using the same account from 4 (four) different devices at the same time however, accessing content simultaneously from more than 4 (four) devices is not possible. Sun NXT offers 2 (two) subscription plans for India and 2(two) subscription plans for international regions to choose from. The plan you choose to subscribe to will determine the validity period of your membership/plan. Please note, availability and type of packs can change at any time at the sole discretion of Sun TV Network Limited. Indian Subscription Plans: Basic Plan: The Basic plan allows users to access Sun NXT from one mobile device and will have ads. Subscribers will not have offline download and casting option under this plan. Premium Plan: The Premium plan allows users an ad-free experience and enables users to access Sun NXT on mobile plus large screens. Under the Premium plan users can watch simultaneously on 4 screens at the same time.  Both the India plans are offered as Annual validity plans. For International Users:Premium Plan: The Premium plan allows users an ad-free experience and to access Sun NXT can be accessed on mobile and large screen. Premium plan users can watch simultaneously on 4 screens at the same time. The Premium plans are offered as Monthly and Annual validity plans. The price for each plan is indicated before you choose such plan. Availability and type of packs can change at any time at the sole discretion of Sun TV Network Limited.

Please check your internet connection. Sometimes low speed internet can cause videos to stream slowly or stop altogether. Higher quality videos use more bandwidth than videos of lower quality. If your service provider applies a bandwidth or data cap to your Internet service, you can manage bandwidth usage by changing the video quality settings to Low or Medium. Sun NXT streams adaptive bitrate with highest resolution content to your devices, based on your internet speed. This requires significant bandwidth and may result in high cellular data usage charges from your carrier. How can I change or reset my password?

For Indian users, if the login method is a mobile number, you can reset your password through the reset password option during the login process or through Edit Profile option. Use the OTP received in your registered mobile number to reset the password.  For Indian & International users, using email as login method, password can be reset through the reset password option in the Edit Profile, Login Screen or via email.  To reset your password via email, send yourself a password reset email. The email typically arrives within a few seconds, and contains a link that will sign you into Sun NXT automatically. From there, you will be asked to create a new password. The link in the email will expire as mentioned in the email , so be sure to use it as soon as possible. If the link in the email has expired, you can always send yourself another password reset email. If you cannot see the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder and any email filters you have set up to make sure the message is not being directed away from your email inbox.  If you cannot find the password reset email after checking your spam/junk folder. Then send yourself a password reset email again.  If you still have not received the password reset email, there may be a delay with your email service provider. Please wait for 5 (five) hours and then check your inbox again.
